The existing building envelope was replaced with a new commercial roofing and cladding system, including reformed roof falls, Colorsteel roofing, membrane roofing to the entrance canopy, profiled metal wall cladding and fibre cement façade panels.
Alucobond fascia and soffits, new box gutters, internal gutters, spouting and downpipes complete the exterior, while large-format aluminium double-glazed shopfronts and commercial entry doors give the Rutherford Street frontage a clean, contemporary finish.
Internally, new 120-minute fire-rated walls and plumbing infrastructure were installed, with the building prepared for future tenant fit-outs.
